If you want to have the option to stitch these out as 3D dimensional designs you need to purchase my Tutorial which contains the adapted designs along with full instructions. You need to trim after each leaf and petal if you are embroidering the poinsettias in pale colours, so the threads do not show through. There are three colours for the flowers in these designs to give you plenty of options. You may want to select just one or two colours.
