Make this cheerful IHQ Turtle Hanger or use it as a decorative table runner.I found an interesting piece of printed fish cotton fabric which I used on each panel. I then mixed it with two other shades of blue, which made the background of each panel interesting.I used some hand dyed fabric for the turtles. Each panel is made and quilted in the hoop. The panels, border and backing are done on a regular sewing machine. Each panel is made in a 6”x10” hoop. This hanger measures approximately 12 ½” x 30”.
