The pillows center background is meander quilted and the sides are pieced onto the center, all done in the hoop. The pillows back has Velcro closure, also stitched while in the hoop. The side seams get finished on the sewing machine, and stitching together of the front and back also requires a sewing machine. Thorough instructions with many photos will guide you through the process. A fun way to add a special touch to a new born baby boys nursery or a young boys room. Makes a great baby shower gift, too.

Pillow comes without name and date. Included in your purchase are 8 separate small designs to be used on other coordinating items. In the upper portion of the pillow, insert just the name in an approximately 1.00-1.50 inch font or use two different fonts as shown (Bravado 1 inch for the name; Architect ½ inch for the date-sold separately). Another alternative would be to place a word like Prince or other term of endearment.
