Louisiana & Florida Lighthouse Stamps

Lake Pontchartrain Louisiana is surrounded by lighthouses. But getting to them is not that easy. Seems there are marshes everywhere. Not to mention I could not pronounce Tchefuncte or Rigolets to ask directions. We went for the day, found the lights and stayed a week in a state park . I didn't go near the water-"Gators 8 feet long. Our campsite was high and dry at low tide but there was two inches of water and fish swimming under the barbeque at high tide. That explains the pumps running throughout the developed areas.
