background is motif quilted and the contrast strips and borders are applied
during the first hooping. The second and third, very quick hoopings, apply
the Velcro strips to the back. A small amount of machine stitching is
required to complete the pillow.

Your download has both the 7x11 stitch files as well as the 8x12 ones.
Both versions will result in a cover for a 12x16 inches travel size pillow.
