The tassel can be 3 D as shown or left uncut. Use ribbons or fabric made handles (we show you how). The bags come in two sizes for 5x7 and 6x10 hoops. Your
download includes files with the graduation years already on the design (through
the year 2020). Also included is a plain back (in 2 sizes).
