This set has 15 4x4 patterns as well as the same 15 patterns with a hanger hole at the top for ornaments. There is also a free pattern giving the set a total of 16 different patterns but 32 patterns in the set. I will be completing the 5x7 set soon but I think they would be far too big for ornaments. Those patterns will be sewn out on any fabric of your choice. Please make sure you read the full instruction sheet before sewing out these patterns
