This project will allow you to modify a skirt by adding on intricate embroidery to the hem. The design is flexible enough to fit any skirt size. Detailed, illustrated instructions are provided with the design. This skirt design is a direct match with our Clair Shirt project. Embroider both of our Clair pieces and wear them together to create a stunning visual ensamble! This design is 83mm tall 3.3 in and goes all the way around the skirt.
