There are 20 designs in this set, 10 with frames and 10 without all for the 4x4 hoop. I embroidered these designs using variegated thread for the wings and a solid color for the bodies, which are a light satin stitch, and tips of the antennas, while Sylvia did some with variegated thread and some with twist thread on assorted fabric colors. They could be embroidered in just one color too if you prefer. They are very lite and open and stitch out very quickly making them great for any projects you need done in a flash for any butterfly lover you know. They are great for clothing, bedding, wall quilts, even a coaster or anywhere you would like to see butterflies!
