What Will I Get If I Become A Silver Threads Golden Needles Member?Each month, you get a new mega collection of between 70 to 100 top quality designs carefully manually digitized (NO auto-digitizing!) by 35 of our best digitizers. 2. How Much Do I Have To Pay For The Current Month's Designs?Not A Penny over your subscription membership! Membership is always a low $18 monthly fee or $16.66 when you prepay for 3 or 6 or 12 months at a time. Monthly CDs are also available now HERE with the CD fee already figured in...you get the entire month's mega-collection conveniently mailed to you, burned on a personalized CD, as well as a downloadable link, if you wish. (NOTE: When you sign up after the 7th of the month, your subscription actually starts with the next month's designs, but you can still get the current month as an archive, see Question 4) 3. What Do I Do To Stay A Member?It is as easy as signing up once HERE. The subscription renews automatically on the anniversary date of when you signed up, until you cancel it (Example: If you sign up for a monthly subscription on January 15th, the subscription payment will reoccur on February 15th, March 15th, etc.). Seventy to hundred new designs are added every month and passwords to download the new mega-collection is sent to all current members on the 3rd of each month. What If I Want A Previous Month's Designs?You can get individual archives at the discounted member price of only $18 each once you sign up for current membership. We have all the months back to June 2003 for you to choose from, each with 70-100 designs! You can view them from HERE. If you want an archive or current month without becoming a member, you pay higher non-member prices and can order HERE. 5. It Sounds Like A Good Deal. Do I Have To Stay A Member For A Long Time To Get Such Good Prices?No you don't have to stay a member forever, but we ask that you remain a member at least 2 months. You can cancel any time you wish after you have been a member for at least 2 months.* We count on the variety and quality of the designs to keep you wanting more! As long as you have a current membership, you continue to get the current month's designs for FREE and archives discounted!

When And How Do I Get My Designs?Passwords are sent by email on the 3rd of each month via email giving you a unique password to log in and download the monthly designs. If you started your subscription after the 7th, your subscription starts with next month's mega collection and you will get the password on the 3rd of the following month. In this case, (if you signed up after the 7th and want the current month's collection also), you can order it as an archive HERE. 7. If I Order The Monthly Designs On CD, When Do I Get Them And Can I Still Download The Designs Too?The monthly CDs are made between the 10th and 15th of each month. You can expect them to be mailed by the 15th. 8. What Formats Do The Designs Come In?When you download your designs, you will have the choice of ART, HUS, JEF, PES and VIP. If you have more than one brand of machine, you are welcome to download more than one format. CD Members: Let us know what formats you want on your CDs. 9. What If I Have A Crash And Lose The Designs I've Already Paid For?Designs paid for are always available for re-download, all the way back to June 2003. Please email us at support@oregonpatchworks.com if you need to re-download your archived designs and we will reset your downloads. 10. Cancellation And Refund Policy:Refunds are not available for past months. If you need to cancel your reoccurring subscription, you can do so by emailing us at support@oregonpatchworks.com before the next renewal date. Please expect a confirmation email that says we received your request to cancel, if you do not get the confirmation, re-email us. If cancellation is made AFTER the next renewal date, there will be a reversal fee of 20% deducted from the reimbursement to cover handling fees. 11. What About The Free-With-Purchase Samplers You Offer At OPW Mall, Do We Get Those Too When We Sign Up For Membership? Or How About When You Offer Other Specials And Bonuses At The Mall?Sorry, but no. The Free-w Purchase Samplers listed HERE are available with purchases from the OPW Mall, but not with the club membership. Specials and bonuses listed HERE apply to specific vendors within the mall, unless stated otherwise.
