Nancy
developed her passion for machine embroidery and digitizing in
1995. From that was born her now part time endeavor - Krafts and
Kreations.
However, embroidery is not her only interest! She also enjoys
quilting, crocheting, knitting, piano and organ as well as singing
in her church choir and with a local choral group. She is involved
with Lions Club, American Legion Auxiliary, Order of Eastern Star
and Women of Faith. She is active in her church and community and
volunteers two days a week at the Eastside Community Ministry in
Zanesville.
Nancy and her faithful companion Zeke, a
long haired dachshund, recently relocated to be nearer her family.
She has two children, Julia and Alan, and five grandchildren.
Sadly, she lost Joe, her husband of 46 years, in 2007.
Her plans for the future of her business include maintaining her
design outlet exclusively at OPW Mall and continuing to learn and
improve her skills with her digitizing software. She looks forward
to exploring new techniques while continuing with her interest in
applique and floral designs.
